Sims 4 Stories: Carla's Story, Post #1
/This is the second story in my new series of Sim 4 stories. Unlike most of my previous stories, this one and the other one in this series, Grayson’s Story, I’m not following a particular style of play or playing a challenging. I’m simply writing a story using my Sims.
Carla had a very good life. She knew that, and she appreciated it. Still, she couldn’t help but feel the burdens of being a highschooler, an older sister and a daughter of two very good Sims.
Carla Coronado recently moved to Brindleton Bay with her family because her father, Jon, got a job as a teacher in the local school system.
Jon was known for being kind and compassionate. Carla’s family volunteered often, and her father was the driving force behind that. Jon was also quite silly and playful making him a wonderful dad. Jon adored music, but didn’t play an instrument himself. It was no secret that his love of music is what drew him to Sasha.
Sasha, Carla’s mom, has a natural gift for music. Her main instrument is the guitar. Jon was drawn to her music, but fell in love with her undying optimism and love for life. She keeps her kids smiling and encourages creativity.
Carla was kind and compassionate like her father, but cheerful and upbeat like her mother. She was also creative, but she was more interested in theater and storytelling.
Melissa was creative like her mother and sister, but she preferred drawing and crafting. Carla was very close to Melissa. They got along very well, even during Melissa’s rebellious phase.
Most nights, Jon cooked dinner for the family. He wasn’t a great chef, but he was working on it. Sasha and Carla sometimes helped with the cooking. Carla would usually set the table, but Melissa would help if Carla was busy.
Yes, Carla had quite the perfect little family life. But would it stay that way forever?
A list of things I anticipate seeing in the Sims 4 Journey to Batuu DLC, when I finally get to play it, based on my experiences in Galaxy’s Edge in Walt Disney World.
