Sims 4 Stories: Carla's Story, Post #6

In the last post, Carla made friends with Yuki whom she met in the park across from her house after storming out in a fit of rebellion.

Yuki and Carla began chatting online the following day. Yuki was more introverted than Carla, but she belonged to a couple local clubs and promised to introduce Carla to some more people.

Yuki invited Carla to a rooftop lounge in the city the following night. Carla had never been to anything like that before and jumped at the chance to go someplace new. Yuki told her there might be some celebrities there which interested Carla as it related to her hopeful career of acting. The lounge had karaoke and Yuki performed on the stage in front of everyone. Carla was impressed that Yuki had the courage to do that. Carla wasn’t so sure she could do that, at least not yet.

Carla was quite taken with the whole experience. It felt glamorous. She hadn’t really been many places and this was an entirely new experience for her.

Carla was over the moon to meet a celebrity, any celebrity. There were a few minor celebrities there but Thorne Bailey took an interest in her. They discussed her future acting career for a few moments, and she even got a hug! She was completely star-struck!

Carla met a lot of people that night and they were all very nice. Disappointingly, there weren’t many teenagers there. Carla felt like she met a lot of interesting people, but didn’t actually make any friends. She didn’t practice her singing skills, but she did work on her dance moves.

At some point in the evening, Yuki left without saying goodbye. This concerned Carla and she hoped Yuki was feeling okay. She decided she would call her tomorrow.

The following day, Yuki apologized for abandoning Carla. She had said she felt tired but didn’t want to interrupt Carla’s conversation with someone, so she had just left.

It was also the first snowfall of the season. Sasha, Carl and Melissa all went out to look at the snow and celebrate. Melissa was particularly excited.
