Sims 4 Stories: Grayson's Story, Post #2

This is the second post in this story. It’s a bit different for me as it’s not a challenge or a particular gameplay style, just a story. I recommend reading the first post: https://www.crazycatnerd.com/blog/sims4storiesgrayson1 before reading this one.

Apparently, based on the screenshots I took, this post is supposed to just be a tour of Grayson’s house. Grayson lives in Windenberg on a small hill away from neighbors. He is oddly close to a tavern, though.

Grayson’s home is the house in the middle of this photo. At the bottom of the photo is the aforementioned tavern. Since Grayson struggles to make friends, he doesn’t have much in the way of socialization. The tavern is a nice place for him to go and be around people without necessarily interacting with them on a friendship level.

Grayson’s house was a small and charming cottage. Outdoor decorations were minimal and landscaping was nonexistent. Grayson didn’t mind, and he didn’t foresee either of those things changing in the near future.

Like the rest of his home, Grayson’s bedroom is a bit sparse. Shockingly, the comforter on his bed is not black, or a shade of grey, but a lovely blue. But that’s just because that was the option that came up first when he went to purchase the bedding, and he thought it was good enough.

While Grayson’s house didn’t reflect his creative side. Grayson was teaching himself to play the piano. He didn’t have the opportunity to use musical instruments when he was younger, but he very much was interested in having musical knowledge. When he purchased his house, he also got a piano. He has been slowly teaching himself when he finds the time.

Grayson does most of his reading in his living room. He doesn’t own a television and is undecided about whether or not he wants one. He understands the benefit of some channels, but he’s not sure he’ll have the time to consume all the books he wants to and watch television.

Grayson’s house consists of a bathroom, bedroom, kitchen, living area, and an office. His office consists of his computer desk and his bookshelf. Grayson uses the computer primarily to connect with the outside world. He finds it convenient for asking questions, ordering things, and even socializing, without the bother of human-to-human interaction.

Next Up: Grayson applies to University.
